Still all snow in Burien and it is heavy.

Very heavy snow in Burien. SeaTac must have 2-3 additional inches of snow for today.

Snowing hard enough in Burien to accumulate on the roads. I think Seattle (SeaTac Airport) is going to pad their February snow totals by a few inches.

My brother lives out by kanasket/palmer and has 3".

I live right by the airport and can attest to the fact this area has missed out on the rain. The .23" figure seems reasonable given my observations this month.
