OAX dropping forecast amounts for the Omaha metro already... LOL

He was feeling quite invincible yesterday morning saying how his forecasting skills were a gift from God, etc. His head got really huge when he got over 50k followers.

Fairly heavy snow at my work in Omaha, 7 miles to the SE it's mostly sleet.

Snow beginning in Omaha, pretty good sized flakes too.

Every stinking time.

NAM just pulled the rug out in Eastern NE.

I'm here, just lurking as usual.

Good, they sure need the moisture up in the northern plains/Rockies.

Want to trade for the 7 inches we are at here outside Omaha?

I keep hearing this storm will produce a very wet, heavy snow(low ratios). Makes me wonder why everyone is posting Kuchera maps....

US National Weather Service Omaha/Valley Nebraska 34 mins · The Winter Weather Advisory was expanded southward this afternoon. Drizzle should turn to snow this evening, posing possible travel hazards for more southern areas like Omaha and Interstate 80. Snow should fall in Lincoln as well, but forecast totals are lower than in Omaha.

And by tomorrow, it'll probably show nothing. Way too far out to get excited.

They also just dropped me from 3-5 to 2-4 in Valley for tomorrow.

Flowers is saying 2" tomorrow and 3" for sunday in Omaha.

He's going to be freezing his little pecker off this weekend....

storms like this are the reason I have severe snow rated tires on all my trucks and my kid's cars.
