Literally no idea what you are talking about. We just spent lots of time walking in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands and the Bahamas in hot tropical sun and it was not very pleasant. A day on Lake Sammamish in July is much more comfortable.

I'm good with coastal Hawaii or parts of the Caribbean their weather is right up my alley. Also I'm pretty simple too. If it's not full sunshine and/or 90s and up, I'm good. Was just specifying what an ideal condition would be like and how that's difficult to pull off here compared to the tropics.

OMG... please tell me more! How many ply is your toilet paper? I need to know precisely what you prefer. I am so simple. We have enough clouds here... I enjoy our sunny days or partly cloudy days or partly sunny days or whenever there is brightness in the sky. Easy. Also... being a native of planet Earth I know how to handle a sunny day with tactics such as a shade spot, sunglasses, car visors, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Maybe I'm weird but I like the humidity as long as temps stays in the 80s and the sunshine is filtered, and a good sea breeze Better than direct sun burning and blinding you. Now if you have a combination of both, we have an issue... Which is quite common in places like Singapore. I have visited when they were in the 90s and did not like it to say the least.

Not a good day to spend Spring Break in Panama City Beach. Highs in the mid 50s and lows in the 30s, this is like a typical cold spell in March after a cold storm passes by. While in SoCal, it's like late summer, minus the monsoon moisture.
