fwiw, March 2012 is the only time in March that there have been back to back highs of 80+ in Chicago... that was a bunch of days in a row of course. May be something to watch in the coming days. March 1986 almost pulled it off, as it had non-consecutive 80+ degree days and a couple of 79s thrown in: 3/28/1986: 79 3/29/1986: 88 (all-time March record) 3/30/1986: 79 3/31/1986: 83
