It’s a tough decision!! I love my place in Federal Way and location to the Sound but my social life is zero there since the divorce. But for the time being for investments sake I’ll hold onto my place there in Fed Way. i’ll continue to pump energy though down here in Arizona! My social group keeps on growing and growing like a wildfire! I luv the weather here as well. I am excited about the new yard I have going in here as well !!! They just broke ground . Tim approved

Had 21 degrees at home this morning. So I let the sun do its thing and drove about 40 miles south to find a dry course to play a round of golf. By late morning it was simply fantastic and very good therapy. One whole day of wall to wall sunshine felt like 3 days worth its been so scarce.
