June 2024 Observations and Discussion
Quite the spread of rain totals since yesterday with the warm frontal passage with much more across Southwest Chester County with around 4.37" at Nottingham Park to as little as 0.15" at Devault in Northeast Chester County. Very humid this morning before a strong cold front enters the County from West to East around the 3pm till 4pm time frame. A beautiful Friday through most of Sunday with pleasant temps with lows in the 50's and highs in the mid 70's give the AC a rest! Fits with this year's LRC Hotspot. We are taking a trip to the Pensacola area in July hopefully we dodge the storms. Gary Lezak @glezak Follow Weather 20/20 predicted the June 5-15 time frame is the first period to watch for the northeast Gulf of Mexico, 3-months ago. The latest GFS model shows this system that fits the #LRC. Get Your Forecast for the next 6-months here, just launched today https://www.facebook.com/share/p/Qx11a9gyva9f6Z7J/?mibextid=oFDknk -

Beautiful weather the next few days in my area with highs in the low 80s and dewpoints near 50. I'll be watching a MCS roll out of Nebraska tomorrow night that may bring some heavy rainfall to my area. Signs that a ridge may develop a week from now with some real summer time heat and humidity, pushing highs over 90 with dewpoints near 70. We began cutting hay yesterday and it looks terrific, probably will make twice what last year made. We'll be cutting and bailing for the next month so hopefully we'll get some timely rains for regrowth.- 1

I gotta say this will be worth the price of admission if it happens. Could easily be some record low temps with this.
