Yeah, the ensembles were trending warmer for that time period, but seem to be leveling off around the low 90s for the west side.
The GFS always has a few members that skyrocket into the blowtorch zone, and it's nerve-wracking when the operational is one of them.
Since 1936-- the 84 dewpoint that was recorded in between hours/ metars/ (that is where the time consuming work is done) is from my research the new record. Old record was 82 in 2001.
Today felt cool compared to Sundays horrific heat n humidity!
Mby had 2 thundershowers with .19" which kept the numbers down slightly.
