    Had a -5/-21 day during the January event that is both lowest high and low for the year. I believe the biggest single snow was 8” coming out of the deep freeze. We’ve had about 50” for the season, which is a bit below average, but it’s been unusual in that it’s melted quickly after every event except for during the January cold spell. Usually there’s snow on the ground almost continuously from November/December to March.

    12 here this morning with snow still on the ground and a forecast high of 35 today. Should be the last chilly weather of the season.

    This happens regularly up here. It’s going to be quite a mess with 14” of snow on the ground and a slow thaw coming this weekend. Temps starting on the 11th: 24/-3 -3/-19 -5/-21 3/-12 3/-15 11/0 14/9 17/-4 Temps would have been quite a bit colder at night last weekend if the wind had slacked. Instead we had -40 wind chills.

    -14.4 here with full sunshine and a NE breeze. Bottomed out at -21.5 this morning. Glad everyone in Oregon is getting some winter!

    -12.2 and still dropping here. No idea how much snow fell with the Arctic boundary last night because of gusty wind.

    Wind finally shifted to ENE and temp is down over a degree in a few minutes. I think the cold is here.

    Still hasn’t come through here yet. Sitting at 21 and snow is letting up.

    Beautiful! We go below zero tonight and likely won’t rise above zero until Sunday, possibly Monday. Snowing hard right now and 20 ahead of the real cold.

    Now that the snow has stopped I measured 7”. That’s 2” from yesterday and 5” today, most of which fell about 5:30am to 12:30pm.

    24 and snowing this morning - over an inch so far. Nice way to start December after a mild November.

    Pretty decent fake cold here. The last several days have seen: 36/18 30/18 28/25 32/17 32/16 Yesterday it cleared off and there’s a line of white on the mountains where the clouds have been hanging out. Expecting 4-8” of snow Thursday night through Sunday, then rain and temps approaching 40. Very different from last year where our average November high was 33.7.

    No fog here but cloudy and 26. Yesterday we pulled off a 30/18 day.

    Forecast bust. Was supposed to rain this morning, but it’s snowing hard and 30, and accumulating fast.

    Here as well, which is good because we only had 0.63” in October. Average temp 44.6, high 74.1, low 17.1. Picked up a dusting of snow last week.

    First teens here this morning. Down to 18.8 so far. We haven’t been out of the 30s since Tuesday.

    52.1 here currently. Looking at models this could be the last time we are at 50+ until spring. Advisory is out for 1-4” of snow… Wednesday we may not climb above freezing.

    It arrived here yesterday evening. Mostly high level but the mountains look quite hazy this morning.

    10/-2 here so far with occasional flurries. Only the 5th coldest day this winter thanks to the December blast. Currently 6 and dropping.

    No wind here at all, but picked up over 0.6” of 33-34 degree rain since midnight. Not a lot of snow melt since the ground is cold and temps are near freezing.

    32.2 now. First time above freezing since the 12th. Four highs in single digits; three lows below zero peaking at -22 on the 22nd. Average temp for December is 20.3 so far. Somewhere between 25-30” of snow on the ground and a layer of ice on top.

    Been snowing off and on through the morning here but there was a short period of half melted and refrozen snow falling. 24 currently.
