Looks like mostly sleet in DC now.

Positive snow surprises continue, lake effect band has unexpectedly made it into the heart of the Milwaukee metro when it was supposed to stay just south and east of Milwaukee County.

Down to 21F. The nights continue to be very cold. Best aspect of this winter I suppose.
