(This is “the roads are too warm” level of wrongness, BTW. Unlike in California, our reservoirs do not store a whole dry season’s worth of water, because they were built under the assumption that there will still be snow augmenting our stream flows in early summer. Barring a miracle, this will not be the case this year.)
Yikes the updated maps have Oregon generally 10% or less of normal snowpack. Washington is more in the 50-70% range which takes us out of the worst all time years.
