You are hardly the only one. This tech job market sucks.

Their warehouse and operations are definitely incredible and pay great for those roles. But I heard their IT is questionable. They forbid layoffs (even with AI), pay way lower than a typical tech company, and are very slow at promotions/raises. So people don't fear for their job, and therefore extremely lazy and do not bother to do the bare minimum. It kind of shows in their tech too. The role is safe but mundane. Good if you already have lots of experience and want to cool down with your career.
