Pretty sure it’ll snow at some point this winter despite the mega Nino. The worst winters I can recall back 2 back was 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. Had 1/2” in November 2014 and 0” the following winter.

Looks like -PDO/east-based El Nino Phoenix broke its DJFM Temp record by +2F last Winter.. interestingly, here is the Winter that follows warmest PHX Winters.. you would think that warm begets warm but history says that it usually reverses
