They actually lowered their forecast to a max this week of only 105 now, 2 days ago it was 108
Flagstaff beating its monthly record by 14 degrees (now forecasted to hit 87 vs 73) is probably more impressive. 7 straight days there +4> than their previous monthly record.
Wow Jim! You've got some real skill for stat digging. Wouldn't even know where/how to begin to research what you laid out here in this post. I do remember back on April 7th '97 having to snow blow 7" of new snow out of my driveway so we could get out and drive down to GR to fly down to FL. Along the way, a batch of snowmobiles crossed US131 just ahead of us. I think it was a Friday evening and they were getting in some extended season riding I guess. Typically, the snow would be completely gone by tax day (4/15) at the house there. That was a very cold backwards kind of spring.
