The overnight low here in my yard was 62 at 8AM it is clear and 66 with a DP of 60. Over at least the next week I will report my DP every morning and I will drop off a highest temperature and DP during the afternoon time. The forecasted heat wave in now about to start. The low tonight should be in the upper 60’s, Monday through the 4th look to be hot with highs in the mid to maybe upper 90’s and lows in the mid 70’s it looks to cool down to highs in the lower 90’s on Friday to the 4th and lows in the lower 70’s it should be dry until Friday and then there is a chance of showers. The official H/L yesterday at Grand Rapids was 79/58 there were 4 CDD’s there was no rainfall the highest wind gust was 18 MPH out of the E. weather events reported were fog and haze. For today the average H/L is 82/61 the record high of 97 was in 1931 and 2012 the coolest high of 65 was recorded in several years the last time was in 1923, the record low of 43 was in 1992 the warmest low of 78 was in 1958. The most rainfall of 2.33” was in 1957. Last year the H/L was 81/63. As we head into a hot end of the month here is the way June 2026 stands at this time.
