I'll be honest with you, it's not that much different than the Midwest right now...it was 92F/65F yesterday morning when I went out for a walk and the whole day the DP's were near 60F. The DP's ain't in the 70's but when you crank the heat up into the 110's and have a DP in the 60's it certainly feels humid.
Last night, we had a wonderful Firework Show and 1000's of ppl showed up from all over the valley. It was packed all along the edge of the lake and felt like it was our own backyard show. The sound and echo's from the reports of all the magnificent aerials were memorable for sure. I'll drop a video later.
Biden, speaking to Philadelphia station WURD on Thursday, said: "I'm proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman… to serve with a black president."

Sickening? That is a little much. It was a kid sneaking a video. You could go back 60 years and there were old people like you are complaining about the disrespectful kids in the 1960s. The more things change the more they stay the same. You are a prisoner of the moment. In another 60 years no one will care about Trump or Biden or anything that is happening now.
It’s a “Gotcha” kind of society right now. Many of the children of the 90’s are now in their 30’s. Idk about where you are but in DFW many are spoiled and feeling entitled. However, out away from big Metros the 30 somethings are working like their parents. Some on ranches and farms.
I hold many school systems responsible as students weren’t disciplined as their parents were. My schools were tough because they knew the world we were inheriting.
I feel bad for many of the grads as it’s really dificult out there.
What happened to, “it’s going to get better?”
