The more I think about it the more I think this climate would be perfect for you. Dry/crisp winters with storm systems spaced out by 1-2 weeks, rapid transition to spring warmth with 80s reliably starting in March, hot/sunny summers with basically 100% of precip being convective and confined to a few hours in a given day with blazing sun in between, and a SLOW slide out of summer into fall/winter, with warm season like weather persisting through most of October. Basically heat miser paradise with a flair of seasonality.

Severe weather threats? Bruh we’ll be sitting under a ridge with no forcing at the seasonal minimum in relative humidity. Literally the opposite of a severe weather pattern here. Need troughing for forcing+moisture advection. It’s meteorology-101. This spring started off with the most dynamic weather I’ve ever experienced w/ the powerful shortwave troughs in early March, now it’s turned into a sea of boring nothingness since this fat f**king ridge took over. No weather to speak of except sun, parched dryness, and warmth. Tim would love this crap. Y’all can have it. Please take it.
