We will be out there for a month so hopefully the pattern stays active. I’m not much for going into the danger zone where most chasers go. But I do try to get in position for some nice photography shots as close as I can get on the SW side of the storm but of course that doesn’t always work out. I’ve been overrun quite few times as well… ha ha. But I’m hoping for this time is some standalone supercells with blue sky surrounding!!!

Did some touch up deck trim painting (don’t look too closely I did a crappy job but there was basically no paint left in many spots) a bit ago…The switchover to shorts never happened as it was just a degree or two too cold…

Nice evening. Pleasantly warm with cumulus over the Cascades and Olympics. South Sound convection as well

Just some very heavy rain and wind. The lighting was incredible and there have been some tornado warned cells in the area. I'm not sure if any have been confirmed.

At least there's no monster SW, US ridge anymore. Should be at least average for thunderstorms.
