For pretty much the entire lowland region, the next real chance at rain will be an initial forward flanking trough arriving Wednesday. It doesn't look like a wet system, but some passing showers and a CZ will be in play. That initial lowering in heights will set the stage for the meat of the Gulf of Alaska to swing down into the PNW Thursday night and into the weekend; that should bring in a better shot at rain, and even some light snow near/above pass level.
Tomorrow night looks like it will be a chilly one, with a cool dry airmass at the surface. Deep into the 40s in the metro areas and widespread mid-upper 30s in rural areas with clear skies. Should be some frost pockets in the usual favored areas
Barring more CZ activity later tonight, we have about a 0.15" storm total in Ballard, much of that being from the initial midlevel rain last night. Over half an inch in central Snohomish county where those showers trained and then the CZ stalled.
