Beautiful 66F and sunshine here in Everett. Clean, clear air unless looking at the Cascade's. It looks hazy out east. Longterm forecast looks peaceful, even a chance of rain, and best of all, no hot temperatures in sight.

@T-Town looked at house in Dash Point. Hard to beat this view. Are we going to end up with Tacoma address?

Power is finally back on here! So nice. But there have been some folks getting power back and then losing it again, so not going to get overly confident yet.

I read that Lake Powell's pool elevation dropped to 3,519.91 feet, breaking its previous record.
