Beautiful weather the next few days in my area with highs in the low 80s and dewpoints near 50. I'll be watching a MCS roll out of Nebraska tomorrow night that may bring some heavy rainfall to my area. Signs that a ridge may develop a week from now with some real summer time heat and humidity, pushing highs over 90 with dewpoints near 70.
We began cutting hay yesterday and it looks terrific, probably will make twice what last year made. We'll be cutting and bailing for the next month so hopefully we'll get some timely rains for regrowth.
I got to it by thinking "YBP" as "Years Before Present", and k as a thousand, like a karat. Thousand years before present. 5,000-7,000*one thousand = 5-7 million.
Don't get me wrong, I like the guy. And I'd be a massive weenie hypocrite if I called him out on every time he was insecure on the forums. The fact of the matter is, he predicts pattern progressions reasonably well, for weeks out. But his secrets shall die with him so long as he fails to find a way to translate to english.
