It's not raining and there is blue sky this morning. What is happening?? This is not normal spring. Normal is constant rain with no breaks at all. -

Yikes the updated maps have Oregon generally 10% or less of normal snowpack. Washington is more in the 50-70% range which takes us out of the worst all time years. -

Oregon is screwed this year. Basically no snow in the mountains and it’ll be pretty much dried out by early May at this rate.
