Side note... I agree that the Alpine Lakes of the Central Casades are stunning. So are the scenes around the middle fork of the Snoqualmie east of NB. We have so many options.

Also can't beat the beauty of Sound. Gig Harbor is one of so many examples.

Rattlesnake is an annually disappearing pond that was an accident. Its fine but its nothing compared to boating experience on Washington and Sammamish. We love having Rattlesnake close and its beautiful but just not the same.

Too windy. Its not the warm, calm, boating scene we love. Its pretty important on our list. Gorge is nice but its not the same.
