I’d bet Tim actually gets more winter sun in North Bend than he would in the south valley given all the inversions. It’s true he cares more about the warm season, but could he go 4 months during peak inversion season barely seeing any sun? Maybe he could find a place with elevation east of EUG to get the best of both worlds.
