As someone who has lived in and explored both places quite a bit, there are differently beautiful sides to both.
The greenness and lush forests surrounding the Cascades definitely add a colorful vibrancy lacking for much of the Rockies. And the sheer size of volcanic peaks rising from near sea level to 10k+ is undoubtedly more visually impressive from distance.
That said, you are correct that epic vistas are much easier to come by in the Rockies. The size of the range is also so much broader in many areas, creating many a valley view with peaks surrounding you.

This June was actually almost dead on with June 2023 at ORD. That month was +0.2. I mention that one since it was a strong/borderline super Nino, though this one looks like it wants to blow that one out of the water.
