Yep, I'm taking the overall warm season into account since it pretty much all blends together now anyways. I think 2022 will be a bit worse when all is said and done because of the aggressively gross back end, but up through this point I'd definitely say I preferred it because that May/June was simply miles ahead of this year.
Having some of the shoulder months show at least a little contrast to the neverending warm+dry goes a long ways in my mind.
