I'm ready. As I've said I can't take this endless gloom in the time of year we are supposed to be coming out of it. A lot has happened this decade that needs to be offset by some nice sunny days.
Yeah, 21 years ago I did pretty much exactly the same thing. Took me about 15 minutes but I reset it myself. This time it popped back in after about 10 seconds but the end result is pretty much the same: Everything. Hurts. I did PT after the first one and hope to do the same this time. Have an MRI this Thursday.
I dislocated my shoulder at the driving range (Twin Rivers!) about 15 years ago. Popped right back in and I was sort of in shock and tried to convince myself it was all good and pain would go away. Never been the same since and I hate myself for not seeing a doctor afterwards. steep downswing with a wedge on a thin mat over concrete is not advised.
