This thing has serious potential. We could get the right mix of moisture and Arctic air to pull off something big. I think a blend of the 6z GFS and the 0z AI would be marvelous!

Wow. That surge of arctic air blasting out of Northwest Territories into BC/AB is insane how fast it does so! 850mb Day 7-8. This is just 24 hours! That's some serious cold air advection!
