Nice afternoon after the burnoff. Not very warm but plenty of filtered sunshine. The summer brown out is just starting to commence now as we're already depleting a lot of the shallow subsurface moisture.

Already rented a thatcher... that was a couple week ago. Probably won't aerate but for sure will top dress.

PLEASE tell me you’re going to dethatch, aerate and top dress?????

We’re not talking a cool down or even a plateau really. It was a continuation of the post 2013 era. We did avoid extreme heat but it was warm all the way around. So the rapidly changing state produced similar weather statistically.
