Any I-5 station has stats much more aligned with SEA. And even at Victoria we're talking about significantly more rainfall this year.
2015 was a far different late spring/early summer for the PNW overall. Much drier and warmer, it's not even debatable looking at the stats across the region. Kinda strange you're pushing back on that.
May and June were very comparable at Victoria YYJ
2015:
15.8C
12 days with rain
6.6mm total
2026:
15.5C
14 days with rain
26.1mm total
2026 was probably running warmer than 2015 until about June 25th. And the difference in rainfall was the system that dropped 16mm on June 8/9th
