Oh it shouldn’t be a massive shift. The 18z ICON solution is probably the limit for how progressive it can get.
Just small, subtle things that I’ve noticed the operational GFS does (which ironically can sometimes help it reach the correct solution, but it’s usually wrong).
We got pounded with rain less than a week ago but will have to water the garden this evening and probably each day this week because the elevated beds dry out quickly with weather like this. I can add water but I can't make up for a lack of sun when it's gloomy so this is preferable.
Just hoping its not raining that day for my daughter's lake event. 18Z GFS still looks good and that would a big shift in the final 3 days to bring rain in that day.
