Really fascinating next 48-72 hours for the U.S. from a meteorological perspective. We currently have a very cold storm in the northern Rockies delivering snow to about the lowest elevations you'll ever see this late into June, while at the same time this unseasonable air mass is colliding over the plains with July-like temps in the Midwest.
Models show this resulting in a widespread line of severe storms stretching across KS, NE, IA, MN, and WI tomorrow evening...while at the same time a tropical depression makes landfall in TX. This storm will bring very heavy rains - the latest GFS depicts areas near San Antonio getting 12"+ in 24 hours. Could end up being a pretty severe flooding situation.
Meanwhile, a heatwave builds in the Northeast...potentially one of the hottest June events in many years.
It’s kind of weird you only report polls that fit your desired narrative. I saw this poll. I also saw the new Iowa poll showing Trump up 18% in the formerly purple state.
