It was slipping on uneven ground so I jumped from maybe 4 feet up and my knee completely buckled on the landing. Phil says that is impossible though so maybe I wasn't actually injured.
I also had a ladder slip from under me while I was climbing onto the roof about 10 years ago. Fell backwards and landed on the deck on my butt and my entire backside was bruised beyond recognition but didn't break anything. I am done with ladders now. Not worth it.
Today should be the warmest day for the next week with temps reaching the mid 80's in most spots. Shower chances increase later tomorrow into Thursday morning. Sunny with slightly cooler than normal temps to close out the week.
