The official H/L at Grand Rapids was 74/53 there was 0.01” of rainfall the highest wind gust was 21 MPH out of the SE. There was just 11% of sunshine. For today the average H/L remains at 83/62 the record high of 97 was set in 3 years the last time was in 1966 the record low of 43 was set in 1968. The warmest low of 76 was set in 3 years the last time was 2012. The coldest high of 63 was in 1968. The most rainfall of 2.85” fell in 1902. Last year the H/L was 87/66.
Here in MBY I had 0.07” of rain yesterday with a short heavy shower. The overnight low was 69 and at the current time it is cloudy and 73. What was once a large area of rain to the west is now just a few broken showers along a weak front.

I agree with Tim that anyone younger and more mentally competent than Biden changes this race dramatically. Lots of people out there have little to no love for either candidate, and would be excited just to have a different option.
And it seems like the Dems are starting to come around to this.
1.09" with this much hyped event. Run of the mill thunderstorm. By the looks of it I have one of lower totals in southern Iowa. Again!!!! Look at the donut hole. Models had me solidly in the 2 plus inches. But thankfully getting some rain.
As I expected the storm weakened as it arrived and I got .31 inches. More rain this afternoon expected along with another chance of severe weather tomorrow.
