Hard to say, record keeping sucks here, but considering we generally get ~2-2.5x as much precip in snow events as bend does, plus there'll be storms where it's raining there and snowing here. Their record is 90" in 1973-1974, and I would assume we got 200-250".

I think Vancouver harbour might be the closest official station to you with good data. It’s definitely a bit drier than the numbers you have been looking at in your neighborhood. They had 19” in November 2006. Wouldn’t be surprised if your neighborhood had something pushing 24”.
