I remember that December very well. I lived next to Emanuel Hospital in Portland and I had 18 inches of snow at my apartment complex. My mom's place in Wood Village had 2 feet at her condo. It was the first time they had to call someone to remove the snow so people could get out of the complex. Like you said, November was boring but December was amazing 🌨
