I hope we make up for it in T-storms and wind. We are overdue for a really good wind and T-storm event. Thought last March would do it but of course it busted
I wonder what this forum will look like after the next three to four years snowless duds. Will the activity be up because we all pressing F5 to see the latest prognostication from our favorite east coast poster who knows more about our climate than some sea mangey raccoon? Will we see our visitor peak shift from DJF to JJA as we track heatwaves, firestorms, and share pictures of our car hoods dusted in ash? Or will the forum threads become quarterly and then yearly affairs, like California ones, as the same three people who argue how a warming climate isn’t that bad because “normal people don’t like the rain” skitter around like the post apocalyptic cockroaches they are?
With the IPWP, PNA, IDO, PCP, and QFC, all pointing at record highs, it could easily be another decade or so until we get a Jim worthy event.
Your Dec/Jan average will be well below normal, that's clear at this point. And way below what we've seen out west.
And that's Mr. Princess Cupcake to you.
