The Euro had snow all the way down to my place but was weak with the precip and no accumulation.

Luckily there was some cloud cover today. Still enough sun glare to be a bit of an annoyance, but not a hindrance.

Oh yea im not complaining I just see people on Facebook talking about potential snow and I don't see much accumulation. Especially for a daytime event with marginal temps. Just give me the moisture

If I recall correctly, you had said the QBO transition from easterly to westerly in conjunction with coming off of a super El Niño was the reason the NPAC High was amplified throughout much of the 2016/17 winter. Can you elaborate on that and or correct me if I'm wrong? That was one of the most persistently cold winters in the PNW region in a long time.
