It’s about time… at this point we’ll take any kind of moisture, really don’t care if it’s storms, cold rain, sleet or snow. Need something decent soon to keep our area from looking like a Midwestern desert this summer!

This is true... but somehow I think Oregon is going to go along for the ride in WA state's overdue dry period. We will see how it works out.
