CHS has had 0.38" of rain since 2/27. Augusta is having its longest streak on record without measurable rain at 38 days and counting. Georgia has a burn ban in effect right now with a couple of major wildfires. I think everyone down there would be very grateful if it poured during your vacation.

My brother was just visiting and he lives at about 300’. Even though I’m a bit lower than you, he still remarked how much warmer it felt at the same temperature compared to home.

Charleston is always at full leaf out in April... even when we go in early April. Why is the grass so brown and ragged there? Is it that dry?
