Tuesday has potential to bust... ECMWF has been insisting the marine layer works its way up to Puget Sound area with a southerly surge. It shows it burning off in the afternoon but that is not how it usually works when a warm spell breaks.

Looks like some convection/decaying MCS action down there around sunrise tomorrow, could be a recipe for loud/ducting thunder under the nocturnal inversion.
Unstable layer still too shallow up here for frequent lightning, will be another few weeks until deep convection becomes a regular thing.
