Spent the day up at Lake Geneva with my dad yesterday and enjoy the summer like feel in the air. It was a very breezy day and the lake had white caps. The wind was cutting down the length of the lake and you actually felt the lake cooling which I found to be a surprise. It was literally 5 degrees or more cooler downwind of the lake. Pretty mild morning was 55 when I left the house.

This is silly... when we have a pineapple express and an endless AR pointed at us then it will be warm. This was true in the 1800s as well. When we finally got out of the AR then it went back to normal or even colder than normal. It was a nasty, dark, gloomy month here. Sure felt like winter. Not sure what other season could be so ugly.

With average temps that wouldn’t be out of place in the Bay Area, lol. Winter is when it rains. Singapore has 12 months of winter!
