ECMWF tends to way over-estimate lightning... and what it shows tomorrow afternoon is primarily over the Sound. I wouldn't worry too much about fires in the Puget Sound area in May. Unfortunately that is the only lightning it shows for the I-5 corridor. The precip on Wednesday is just cold stratiform rain.
