All of those were -QBO though. Subtle but important impacts on the general z-circulation cells that affect the latitude of the NPAC High/Aleutian Low on a low frequency basis.
Hard ride up Larch today (91:25 time split). A little rain and 50 at the summit parking lot. Didn't do the steps to the proper summit since wet wooden steps and hard bottom cycling shoes don't mix.
July and August has been the big difference this summer.
