There is already significant push back in cities like Seattle and Portland. That happened with Biden as president. Not that Biden had anything to do with it. Its a normal cycle. But unfortunately with Trump as president we will probably see liberal in major cities trying to spite him and making things worse again. I think another Trump presidency with ramp more liberal city lunacy unfortunately. And then when power shifts again in 2028 it will improve.
Finished May with 8.76" of rain. The airport had 10.56", which I think was 6th wetting all time. Overall plenty of near to below normal temperature days mixed in making it very reasonable for this time of year.
It was also the wettest month in 5 years, since May of 2019 which had almost 13".
Heading into June the first third of the month still looks reasonable with troughing across the Great Lakes leading to normal to below normal temps and above normal precip for southern areas.
I think he can fix a lot of the out of control regulation that is strangling us right now, and can certainly implement some more effective border policies. No doubt he will get gas prices down again. Biden's disdain for the oil industry is insane. I think he can also fix some of the rampant corruption in the bureaucracies. On the social issues I think there will be some improvement simply from the pendulum swinging the other way. People are really pushing back on the lunacy now.
