Got up to 80 today with some high clouds, took the doggo up to the N. Lake Whatcom trails for a walk. She loves riding in the car! It turned completely overcast about 5-6 this evening.
It has been cooling off nicely in the evenings, great sleeping weather!
Don't you have windows upstairs? Before we got A/C we just opened all the windows upstairs, threw a couple of fans in and we could get our house down to within about 5 degrees of the outside temp. It also worked for us that I could have one of the fans point at the intake for the HVAC, so it would blow cool air to be circulated by the furnace fan.
We eventually got a big semi-permanent mount heavy duty fan. I built a wood frame in the window sill of one of our spare bedrooms. It had a big 20" fan blade and 1/6 hp motor. I penciled it out, and that fan would (theoretically) completely swap out all of the air in the house every 7 minutes. I would run that for about 3-4 hours and we were set for the night.
We have A/C now, but I still try to open the windows as much as possible.
