My mom was lamenting about the incoming rain tomorrow. She wanted a dry day off to clean her camper, now she'll have to do it after work Monday. For her sake I wish we could have traded Sunday and Monday. -
Brrrrr! How about a compromise and make it a few 83 degree days!

I just want a sunny weekend near normal... which is about 70 now. That is all. Don't need 95.

I think no matter what August is gonna roast. Just impossible to avoid these days. -
Well Trump spoke about his daughter's body VERY inappropriately when she was a teenager. And obviously had sex with a porn star when married. And we literally heard him say being famous is great because he can "grab women by the p*ssy". These aren't allegations Jim. These are facts.

I was noticing that on 18Z EPS. Hope that pays dividends next weekend.

Pleasant afternoon today with clouds and drizzle and a fine breeze. Feels like a Seattle Spring! KSEA notched a 61/47, down to 52F now. Good for a -5.2F departure on the day. Locally we've accrued 0.06" of rain in the last 48 hours, not quite a shutout but not a washout either. The southern San Juans out west into the PA foothills were the real winners with this dry front, piling up a widespread half inch or more. Nordland square in the middle of the rain shadow far away from terrain got 0.86" last night under the stalled CZ! - Today

I think KSEA will notch a day or two in the mid-upper 90s by mid month. After that....? -
https://www.livescience.com/64813-milankovitch-cycles.html A nice bit of science chotchski…. The Milankovitch cycles describe how relatively slight changes in Earth's movement affect the planet's climate. The cycles are named for Milutin Milankovitch, a Serbian astrophysicist who began investigating the cause of Earth's ancient ice ages in the early 1900s, according to the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH).
