Completely agree! Tomorrow is going to be another great day as we have our annual Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade. The parade starts at 10am so temperatures should be in the high 60s to low 70s during the event. Good news, for the first time in 30 years Vancouver will have float! The last time was in 1994, can’t believe it’s been so long.
“PORTLAND, Ore. — This year's Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade features a float from the city of Vancouver for the first time in 30 years.
The float is being designed by Fieldwork Flowers, a Vancouver-based florist. On Instagram, the florist said the float's concept draws inspiration from the fruit of the Pacific Northwest and the Grand Floral parade's history in displaying homegrown roses — but with a twist. The float will be covered in over 2,000 locally farmed flowers instead of roses.”

Hedgehogs & cats do get along. However, when they curl into a tight, prickly ball when they feel threatened, they can fend themselves well. Our kids love him to bit.
I celebrate that the days start getting shorter but I really rejoice once we are past August 2nd or 3rd, when most of EWA reaches its annual average temperature peak.
