Some of the fires in Northern BC, which started over 1 year ago have sprung back to life with this warm dry weather. I remember that time a certain east coast member was adamant that fires couldn’t burn all winter under the northern Canadian snowpack.
Up to 76 here after a low of 59. Just a few more days of the really nasty stuff. Although it looks like moderate heat could be digging its heels in for awhile. Was really hoping this summer would be different.
