Not the best trends on the models today. Still some time to go for things to change back but I'm getting close to sticking a fork in this one for any meaningful snowfall in my neck of the woods. It's either too warm or it moves off to the GL too quickly. Don't really have a dynamic, slow-moving storm anymore. Lame.
Hard to say, record keeping sucks here, but considering we generally get ~2-2.5x as much precip in snow events as bend does, plus there'll be storms where it's raining there and snowing here. Their record is 90" in 1973-1974, and I would assume we got 200-250".
