Can't speak much for the PS area but I know you can get some good Convergence Zone setups there, and you are at 500', I would have to assume you get at least 10" annually.

I’m not sure. Your profile says you live in North Seattle. You definitely do better than downtown Seattle and the U District. I swear the U district is one of the worst spots for snow in Seattle North of 85th street does significantly better though and is higher elevation. Plus you benefit from the CZ zone at times. Snowwizard would know better than me.

I think you are right. Even a mile east of my house is probably another 5 inch jump in snowfall accumulation.
